As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, after the death of each resident family members receive a Client Satisfaction Survey seeking comments and suggestions. This provides valuable feed-back to the staff. Positive comments encourage the staff in the service they provide, and there is also opportunity to identify areas where improvements might be made.

I write to thank you for the kindness and appropriateness of your service to Kay and to us, the family.

“Thank you for all your support and kindness over the last 18 days (my dad was admitted on 11 November). You have all been fantastic… to my dad and to me.
