Caring can be challenging, both physically and mentally. For carers to stay happy and healthy whilst caring for their loved one, they may need to spend time on themselves. At Living Well you can have a break, relax and take time to refresh and regather. Living Well Respite Centre aims to provide emotional and social support for guests and their carers. Our goal is to offer a fun social day out.

The Living Well Day Respite Centre is run by a professional, highly skilled, compassionate nursing team providing holistic palliative care. They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the centre. Some of the activities and therapies on offer include: games, book club, reiki, massage and discussion groups. For those wishing to spend time resting there are beds and recliners to relax in. The centre's catering staff will create a delicious morning tea and lunch for you to enjoy during your time here at no cost to you. Please note that all client medications must be brought in a Webster Pack.

The facility is open each Wednesday from 9am to 4pm, giving guests and carers up to 7 hours of care and pampering in a relaxed home style environment. Places are limited and booking are essential. For more details, contact Julie Howe on 0422 191 146 or email: .
