Hopewell Hospice provides excellence in Hospice and Palliative Care.

Residential and Respite hospitality in a peaceful home-style environment for those who need compassionate palliative care and holistic symptom management.

If you are visiting our page, it is more than likely that you are in a distressed state and are caring for a loved one who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.  We are here to support you and your loved one through this difficult journey.  Our Hospice is established to feel like a home and our staff and volunteers are part of a family. We have pulled together as much information we think you may need onto our site. In time we will list relevant businesses and their services on our site as a means of sponsorship in order to continue our charitable services.  We provide friendly family outreach and staff are always on hand should you want to discuss our outreach, day respite or our hospice.

If you have any questions in regards to caring inside or outside of our hospice and would like to speak to someone about our services, please contact our friendly Family Support Staff on 07 5563 2930 or via email at .

If you are a volunteer looking to join the Hopewell Family, we have a great community of caring people with a range of skills and roles available from gardening, reception, assisting in our beautiful café and more.

If you are a business looking for ways to support our great registered charitable organisation, we would love to hear from you.

We are grateful to Palliative Care Victoria for providing our site with some very useful information from financial support for families through to understanding the process of dying.
